Q: Why the price is so low? Is there anything wrong with the car? 
A: We price our cars to sell. We sell in volume with small profit margins. Price is low because we actually want to sell our cars. That is also the reason why we do not negotiate!
 
Q: Is the price negotiable?
A: Our prices are FIRM. We make sure everything is priced as aggressively as we can afford. Please also note, our pricing strategy has nothing to do with KELLEY BLUE BOOK or NADA or any other semi-accurate pricing tool. Please, don't tell us KBB price our car for $400 less, do some research and you will understand why we priced our cars certain way. Street price doesn't always match KBB pricing. Pricing is also depends on supply/demand radio, condition / options / color / service records / accident history etc. 
 
Q: Do you guys take Credit/Debit cards?
A: We do not take any plastic. Our profit margins are pretty slim, so we can not afford the fees associated with plastic.
 
Q: I am not sure what I want, can I just stop by to see what you guys have?
A: NOPE, this goes against our business model. The bare minimum we ask for is to know what you want and know what you getting into. We don't want to make that decision for you simply because there are too many variables and too many possible issues. Please do your research. Also a pretty large number of our cars are parked in storage. 
 

Q: Why are you guys by appointment only?
A: Very simple. We don't want you to waste your time and we certainly don't want to waste ours. We sell used cars, and sometimes they have to be prepped in order to been shown. Some of our cars have to be pulled from storage, washed, and we have to make sure everything works, battery is good, and AC blows cold....  

 
Q: Do you offer any financing?
A: Yes, we do offer financing to qualified customers. Credit Union members are welcome! Financing as low as 3.49% APR available to select qualified customers. You can also bring your own financing. 
 
Q: How many cars can I see per appointment? 
A: We can only show up to 3 cars, simply because we prep our cars before each appointment. Also we are a relatively small company of 5 people managing 200 cars.


Q: Do you offer any warranties?
A: Yes, we do sell a number of extensive warranty programs, but most of the time we recommend not buying those and simply having a car pre-inspected makes more financial sence, especially if you don't service your cars at Dealerships and use a reasonable trust-worthy mechanics. 

Q: Can my mechanic inspect the car before I buy it?
A: Third party inspections are always welcome. We encourage third party inspections. We can even deliver vehicles to any place of your choice within 5 mile radius from our store. 


Q: How can I schedule an inspection?
A:

  • Call MDK International to confirm availability, and schedule an appointment. Ask for inspection options and opinions.
  • Call your mechanic or a new car store and schedule an inspection
  • Prepay for an inspection.

Please note, a NEW CAR STORE is the best option you have. We also recommend to do 2 inspections, to make sure your mechanic is qualified.

Q: Why should I inspect the car before purchasing it?
A: We only check safety items on our cars and we almost never service them. With this said we test drive every single car we get and tend to fix everything we can find within reason. Please also know, that there is no such thing as "perfect" pre-owned vehicle. We sell all different types of cars. Some of them are in great shape some of them need some maintenance work, but everything we know we disclose. 

Q: I  am an out-of-state buyer. How can I schedule a pre-purchase inspections?
A:

  • Call us to confirm availability
  • Call a NEW CAR STORE or any other THIRD PARTY INSPECTION COMPANY to schedule an appointment
  • Prepay for an inspection
  • Call us, so we can deliver a car to an inspection place of your choice.


Q: How do you price your vehicles?
A: AGGRESSIVELY! Based on the idea of having the most competitive price within 500 mile radius. We are an ON-LINE Based High Volume Used Car Store. With that idea in mind, we simply cannot afford to sit on cars for too long. 

Q: Where do you get your cars?
A: Due to the nature of this business big % of cars on the market are purchased through different car auctions. We obtain our inventory from 4 different sources: 1.Auto Auctions 2.New Car Stores 3.Local Trade-in's at out store. 4.Local Private Party cars sold directly to us. 

Q: What kind of cars do you sell?
A:

  • We ONLY sell CLEAN TITLE CARS! NO SALVAGE / NO FLOOD / NO LEMON
  • We ONLY sell CARFAX Certified cars!
  • We do NOT buy BRANDED TITLE cars!
  • Most of our cars are 1-OWNER cars!

Q: Can you take my car on a trade?

Q: Can I just sell my car to you?

Q: I am an out-of-state buyer. I don’t want to pay CA sales tax. What should I do?
A: Buyer is responsible for sales taxes in the state where vehicle is going to be registered. We can also assist with shipping and transportation. Give us a call to discuss available options. 
 
Q: Can you ship out of state?

Q: Can you ship out of the country?
A: With years of experience in international commerce, we can pretty much ship anything, to pretty much anywhere in the world.
